When making a deposit, you must ensure that the payment method used is registered in your own name. Using third-party accounts or cards for transactions is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–5 business days, and withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed. If you experience any issues with a transaction, please contact our support team and keep the transaction reference number on hand. We reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities in cases of fraudulent transactions.

In cases of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other serious violations, the account balance may be forfeited.
